No, this isn’t a post to show I hung out with [my fav] Ty Dolla $ign again. LOL! (Although yes, I hung out with Ty Dolla $ign again, and as always, it was a night to remember!)

As you know, I’ve been working my butt off for years to become the media personality I want to become, and of course the journey has only just begun. However, the fruits of my labor are starting to show off, and this night, Ty and I had a long conversation about how far we’ve come. He told me how proud of me he is and how he’s excited to be able to watch my career grow as I’ve watched his since we met almost 2 years ago, and we promised each other that nothing we did means anything if in a few years when we’re way bigger, we don’t sit down for a big interview.

Episode 24, and of course we’re talking about what you thought we’d talk about – Drake vs. Meek Mill. There’s really not much else to say here because that’s literally all we talked about. So, yeah. Also – aren’t you glad our artwork guy is back?! Hallelujah!

Rosenberg Radio Presents: Joe Budden x Marisa Mendez x Rory – I’ll Name This Podcast Later [Episode 22]

Ep 22

Clearly our artwork guy was away this week, and when you leave it up to Rory, these things (above) happen…

Episode 22 begins with discussing Marisa’s fly out attempt, then ventures into the depths of the #FutureHive, and INTPL own version of “1 Gotta Go” that shockingly turns into another music debate.

That NJ Ish: New Jersey Artists Currently Have The #1 and #2 Songs In The Entire Country

Fetty Wap x Charlie Puth

The last time two male hip-hop artists held down the top two spots on the Billboard Hot 100 was 2009 with Flo’Rida and T.I. The last time a New Jersey artist held down the top spot was Lauryn Hill with “Doo-Wop (That Thing)” in 1998. The last time two New Jersey artists held down the top two spots? Never! (Okay, I don’t actually have that stat but it just went really well with what I had going on here. I don’t know if maybe Springsteen and Bon Jovi did it before, maybe Whitney…I don’t know. But just roll with me here.)

This week, Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth‘s Furious 7 track “See You Again” ranks #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the fourth week in a row, while Fetty Wap‘s “Trap Queen” has climbed up from #3 to its highest spot yet at #2. (Obviously Wiz is not from Jersey, but Charlie Puth is. Rumson, what up!)

That’s not all that we have going on right now, either! East Brunswick teen Jax just scored a Top 3 spot on American Idol, the furthest any state resident has ever advanced. We find out Tuesday whether she makes it to the top 2, and Wednesday if she will be crowned Jersey‘s first-ever “American Idol!”
