April was a time of celebrations! My girl Leah McSweeney is now an author on top of being a reality star and clothing designer! [Cop her book Chaos Theory here!] It was also my boy MGK‘s birthday as well as my girl Thembi Banks – who’s one of the freaking dopest directors and writers Hollywood has seen in a long time!
MGK show in NYC in the fall, my DIY Katy Perry costume for Halloween, the LEGENDARY Verzuz between Bone Thugs and Three 6 Mafia, nights out, Miami with Muva and the gang and more!
On the last night of Hispanic Heritage Month, my girl Nicole Garcia and her company Her Own Lane celebrated 10 super dope women with Hennessy. Thank you for such an amazing night with amazing food and these COOL ASS bottles and for SEEING us.
Joyce [and our new team member Angela!] came over for a meeting about the fate of Marisa Explains It All last nite and it ended up becoming an episode. Don’t call it a comeback because I can’t promise it will be consistent but here’s what’s been up for the last year and if you’re on your therapy/growth/mental health journey this is for you!

We’re sans Mal this week unfortunately, but Joyce and I made it work!
We start the episode breaking down the birthday festivities of course, while simultaneously talking about how PMSing literally ruins your life every month for a few days.
